General
At Squeezby, we use High-Pressure Processing (HPP) for our fruit pouches—a state-of-the-art method that uses pressure (5.52x the deepest part of the ocean!) instead of heat to safely eliminate harmful bacteria like E. coli, Listeria, and Salmonella.
This ensures our fruit pouches retain the natural nutrients, vibrant flavors, and smooth textures of fresh fruits, giving your little ones the goodness they deserve. Unlike traditional shelf-stable fruit pouches, which are high-heat pasteurized, HPP preserves the freshness and quality without compromising on nutrition, taste, or color.
Discover the difference with Squeezby’s fresh and wholesome fruit pouches!
Yes! Our fruit pouches are super convenient for on-the-go adventures. They can be kept out of the fridge for up to 1 hour. For longer trips, simply carry them with an ice pack and store them in a cooler bag to keep them fresh for longer.
Yes, you can! Each pouch is 100ml, which complies with most airline liquid restrictions (typically 100-200ml). They’re perfect for keeping your baby happily fed while traveling. However, it’s always a good idea to reconfirm specific airline policies before your trip.
Once opened, we recommend refrigerating the pouch and consuming it within 24 hours to ensure it stays fresh and safe for your baby. Always seal the pouch tightly and keep it chilled!
Yes, you can freeze the pouches! Freezing them can extend their shelf life by up to 3 additional months. For the best taste and texture, let the pouch thaw in the refrigerator before serving. Just remember, once thawed, do not refreeze.
This is a great option if you want to stock up or save them for future use!
Our pouches are designed to withstand heat up to 120°C, but we recommend gently warming them using a warm water bath:
Use hot water from an electric pot (around 90°C).
Place the pouch in a bowl of hot water and let it sit for 8–10 minutes.
Before serving, always test the temperature to ensure it’s safe for your baby.
Important:
Do not boil the pouch.
Do not microwave the pouch.
These methods could damage the pouch or compromise the food quality. Warming via a water bath ensures the food remains safe, nutritious, and evenly heated!
Every baby is unique, so the amount they eat can vary from one day to the next (or even hour to hour!). Generally, babies will eat when they’re hungry and stop when they’re full. Some little ones might have bigger appetites, while others prefer smaller portions.
We recommend tuning into your baby’s hunger and fullness cues to guide feeding. If you’re ever unsure or concerned about how much your baby is eating, don’t hesitate to consult your pediatrician. They can provide personalized advice to ensure your little one is getting all the nutrition they need!
Just a Reminder: Even with these meals, breastmilk or formula is still an important part of your little one’s diet. It’s all about balance and keeping them happy and healthy!

Bone broth
Yes, babies can absolutely enjoy bone broth—but with a few considerations! Bone broth is packed with nutrients like collagen, amino acids, and minerals, making it a great addition to their diet. Here’s what you need to know:
Nope, we keep it salt-free! Our bone broths are specially made for babies and mums, so we avoid adding salt or any unnecessary ingredients. Babies’ kidneys are still developing, and they don’t need extra sodium in their diet.
This means our broths are pure, wholesome, and safe for little ones, while still being packed with natural flavors from the high-quality ingredients we use. You can rest assured it’s as clean and nutritious as if you made it at home!
Babies can usually start sipping small amounts of bone broth around 6 months of age, once they’re ready for solids. Always start with a small amount to ensure your baby tolerates it well.

Fruity pouches
Our fruit pouches are filled with 100% natural fruits and vegetables—no added sugar, preservatives, or anything artificial. Just pure, wholesome goodness for your little ones!
Yes! Our fruit pouches are made using High-Pressure Processing (HPP) to lock in nutrients and freshness while ensuring they’re completely safe for babies 6 months and older.
Our fruit pouches are free from common allergens like nuts, dairy, and gluten. However, please note that while we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen does handle ingredients like nuts and other potential allergens.
If your child has severe allergies, we recommend consulting with your pediatrician before introducing any new foods. Your little one’s safety is our top priority!
Nope! We don’t believe in sneaky additives. Our fruit pouches are naturally sweetened by the fruits themselves—no added sugar, no salt, just the natural flavors your baby will love.
Either way works! They’re great straight from the fridge for a refreshing snack or gently warmed (place the pouch in warm water) for a cozy treat.
Once opened, we recommend refrigerating the pouch and using it within 24 hours to ensure it stays fresh and safe for your baby.
Yes, all our ingredients come from Halal-certified suppliers, and we’re currently in the process of obtaining full Halal certification.
Of course! While they’re perfect for babies, older kids (and even grown-ups!) love them as a quick, healthy snack.
