Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. We appreciate your understanding.
  • No Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Thank you for your comprehension.
  • No Changes: Please ensure you select the correct color and size at the time of purchase, as changes cannot be made after the order is placed.
  • No Exchanges: Please double-check your selection for color and size before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be accommodated post-purchase. Except for those covered by warranty. Approved returns may qualify for an exchange of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. No refunds for hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Clearance Items: Clearance items are strictly non-refundable. Please check the expiry date before purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:

Items that have already been purchased cannot be returned* (size, model, or color exchanges are not allowed).Please make sure to confirm your choice before making payment.
